Knowledge is power but implementation is king. I challenge you to take what you learn here, in class or from other sources and apply these tools to your life, even if only in a small dose.  This is where the real transformation comes, in the application of learning.

Changing your daily choices and your actions, is the only way to change your life. These are just a few of the books, articles and TEDs that have inspired, motivated, and helped me heal.  If you have questions on a specific topic feel free to shoot me an email, I love being a conduit of information.

Happy learning!
