Redress your stress

We have been taught that stress should be avoided, has a negative impact on the body, and fight or flight is the only physiological reaction we experience. In this workshop you will learn that is not true. Current research at Stanford University is challenging all we know about stress; this workshop brings to life these new findings.  You will learn your natural and varied physiological stress responses, how these different responses can positively affect your body and health, and the tools to integrate these shifts into your life. Re-dress your stress is an integration of mindset-shifting practices, yoga, journaling and mindful breathing techniques resulting in a new experience of stress one that harnesses stress as a tool for success rather than a health danger to escape.
