Inner Strength Yoga Lab

This course is designed to be physically challenging, to increase not only physical strength and endurance but to bring awareness to our mental habits and patterns. Often, how we approach challenges on the yoga mat is how we meet challenges off the mat in our work and personal life. By creating a “safe” challenge we investigate those patterns of self-talk on the mat that either encourage us to rise to the challenge with passion or to fall into a continued avoidance coping.
